~ We are a home-based company, so please remember to contact us before collecting to make sure someone is home with your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate your timing.

 

~ Lead Time: As all items are custom made and designed to order, We require five to ten business days to complete an order.

 

~ Deliveries: We can arrange a courier for you through “My Courier” company. Local rates are from R65 for packages under A3 size and under 2kg.

 

~ Payments: Payments are required upfront as the items are custom made to order and are personalised at your request. They cannot be resold.

 

~ BECAUSE the items are custom made and personalised just for you – we cannot resell items. As such, only where there are significant defects in an item (we aim to never have this happen!) would we enter into a discussion about repair or credit notes. We do not do cash refunds. Any defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt of item. We can not be held responsible for any defects caused by courier service. Xxx
